Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and coordinate container dryage operations to ensure timely collection and delivery of containers.
• Ensure on-time delivery by optimizing routes and complying with industry regulations and requirements (USA).
• Interact effectively with drivers, port services, warehouses and customers.
• Track container movement and update statuses in the dispatching system in real time.
• Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve operational issues including delays, equipment shortages and driver inquiries.
• Track and manage downtime, demurrage and other charges to minimize them.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on operations and performance indicators.
