We’re seeking experienced Shotfirers, Drillers, Blast Crew, and Driller Offsiders for upcoming opportunities in early 2026 across large-scale production mining sites throughout WA. All roles are FIFO from Perth only . These positions offer the chance to work with modern equipment and be part of high-performing teams.

Shotfirers

Current Shotfirer’s Ticket is essential

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a blast crew, ensuring all blasting activities are carried out safely and efficiently

Hands-on experience with electronic initiation systems

Strong commitment to maintaining compliance and high standards of housekeeping across magazines, compounds, explosive vehicles, and designated work areas

Drillers

Operate Epiroc D65 (MK I and MK II), Pit Viper 271, KWL700, T450, T685 and CAT MD6310 drill rigs

Perform drilling for both production blasts and contour patterns
