Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Drill Rig Specialist in the construction industry. Strong understanding of drill rig operations, maintenance, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and train junior staff.
