Drilling operations manager

Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations Develop and monitor operational programs (POA) Coordinate logistics, materials, and third-party services Ensure compliance with well integrity and regulatory requirements Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Interface with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Petroleum Engineering 10+ years of experience in drilling operations Strong knowledge of well design, drilling techniques, and well integrity Experience in HPHT, deep wells, or complex environments is preferred Leadership and project management skills Advanced English
