Drilling Operator

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Drilling Operator to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine and non-routine machining assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.  

This role is based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. 

Responsibilities

• Proficient in operating drilling rig and perform drilling process safely and efficiently
• Consistent in collecting good quality soil and rock samples
• Able to assist geologist to conduct in-situ soil testing
• Able to carry out drilling and installation of borehole instruments such as water stand pipe, piezometer and inclinometer
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks o ensure rig is in good working condition at all times
• Practice workplace safety and always follow the safe work procedures
