Drive the Future Program for Students - Operations (Part Time)

Job Description

Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills such as communication, time management, and tech tools. They will learn the company culture and structure and will be assigned to teams across Operations, Finance, Tech, and Legal.

Program Details

The program is open to university students who are at least halfway through their degree and have an intermediate or advanced level of English. No prior work experience is required. We look for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious, and self‑initiated.

Program length: 18 months maximum.

Workload: 19 hours per week.

Career areas: Opportunities primarily in Operations teams and other areas of the organization.
