Job Summary
Program Administration - Drivers
Add drivers on the system
Update driver details / remove / mark drivers as inactive
Program Administration - Vehicle and EVR (Event Video Recording) Updates
Fleet / EVR Movements
Fleet number updates & vehicle status / type updates
Program Administration - User Support
Create new users on the system & update user access
User alerts / report activation and removal
Remove users / mark users as inactive
Operational Administration
Ensure cameras are in place and in working order in vehicles.
Assign drivers to Coachable and Scored Events
Coach all Coachable and Scored Events
Resolve DriveCam Inbox Tasks
Run Weekly Management Report
Skill Requirements
Advanced Computer Literate (Excel, Outlook)
