We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual Phone Agent to make outbound calls to the United States.You must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated to exceed your recruitment targets for new drivers.
**Requirements**:Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish.Availability to work flexible hours.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Conversational English.We offer:Base salary of 15,000 gross + commissions (between 3 USD and 7 USD per affiliation).
