Driver Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns (social media ads, flyers)
• Monitor acquisition funnel performance (number of new leads, drop-off points)
• Organize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations
• Engage local partners or fleet owners for sourcing drivers in bulk
• Report acquisition numbers and growth trends to Operations Leads

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in lead generation and acquisition
• A track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team
• Proficient in GSuite applications especially GSheets
