Job Details

Under the supervision of the Driver Dispatcher and Operations Supervisor, the holder of this position is responsible for ensuring the provision of a reliable transport service, with the best possible quality, and for serving as a communication link between our customers, suppliers, government authorities and our Operations / Customer Service staff. The holder must assure cooperation between his/her work area and all other areas of the company so that the flow of information is always friction‑free, unfettered, and ensuring a positive comprehensive coordination.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints as well as under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Basic computer skills (if applicable).
