Job Description

                    Be responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties;
Work with warehouse manager or management appointed staff on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement; 
To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timelines and maintain stock accuracy; 
Plan and coordinate with Ops team to ensure timely delivery; 
Receive and check items and goods upon arrival in accordance to Company SOP 
Load stock order on trays/pallets into Van/ Truck 
Monthly stock balance checking and monitoring 
To report any issues pertaining to safety, quality or hygiene to superior immediately upon discovery 
Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure 
Maintain general housekeeping of warehouse
