Provide safe transportation and day-to-day caregiving support for clients attending rehabilitation and day care programmes. This position requires a Singapore Class 3 driving license and basic caregiving experience.

• Ferry client to and from their home and centre for rehabilitation and/or day care programmes
• Assist client in their ambulation and movement in the centre and during transferring up and down from transport.
• Conduct basic health monitoring support, e.g. temperature check, vitals, etc.
• Assist and guide clients in the performance of their prescribed exercise routines and programmes, both individual and in groups.
• Provide assistance to clients’ basic needs as needed, such as toileting, meals preparation...
