Position Purpose

The Driver & Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for safe driving, accurate household goods (HHG) surveys, and the coordinated execution of field and warehouse activities for HHG and cargo operations in Nairobi. Working closely with the Africa Manager, Nairobi moving crews, and assigned Move Coordinators, the role supports efficient, safe, compliant delivery while upholding Move One service standards and protecting company reputation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Driving, Road Safety & Operational Support (Core Responsibility)
Drive company-owned or company-controlled vehicles safely, responsibly, and professionally at all times.

Comply fully with Kenyan traffic laws, road rules, and safe driving expectations.

Transport Move One staff, crews, packing materials, and equipment to support operational requirements.
