The Driver Growth team is responsible for driving end‐to‐end onboarding and lifecycle management of drivers across Latin America.
Responsibilities
Own the end‐to‐end growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and onboarding, balancing short‐term performance with long‐term scalability and efficiency.
Lead two high‐performing teams: an Acquisition team managing top‐of‐funnel channels and a Conversion & Product team focused on onboarding funnels, CRM initiatives, in‐app experience, and product features that drive activation and early lifecycle success.
Set direction and priorities for both teams, including channel strategy, experimentation roadmaps, and product initiatives, while ensuring tight linkage to business KPIs.
