The Kitui County Assembly Service Board is a body corporate established under Section 12 of the County Governments Act, . Section 12 (b) of the County Governments Act, mandates the County Assembly Service Board to constitute offices in the County Assembly Service as well as appoint and supervise office holders.


Driver III

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Driving a motor vehicle as authorized;

  • Maintenance of work tickets for vehicles assigned;

  • Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicles systems;

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle;

  • Ensuring security and safety for the vehicle on and off the road;

  • Carrying out routine checks on the vehicle’s cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems and tire pressure;

  • Ensuring safety of the passengers and/or goods therein;

  • Any other duty that may be assigned.
