Driver Instructor

Introduction

Our client, in the FMCG industry, requires the services of a Driver Instructor/Trainer. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas:

• Prepare training schedules 
• On the job training as well as in the classroom 
• Provide input for the development of training material 
• Coaching and mentoring 
• Feedback to management on training/trainee performance 
• Conducting performance assessments 
• Assisting with recruitment of driver learnership 
• Assisting with Driver of the Year competitions 
• Any ad hoc duties. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have:

• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
• Registered at SETA
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Must have excellent computer literacy – (Word, Outlook and Excel)
