Experience
Minimum 5 years of driving experience is required.
Prior experience with a school or educational institution will be preferred.
Residence
Candidate should be a resident of Rawalpindi, Islamabad, or nearby areas.
Local residency is preferred for better punctuality and availability.
Conduct & Discipline
Non-smoker is strictly mandatory (this is a key requirement).
Being Ba-Shara / practicing is not mandatory but will be considered a strong plus point.
The driver must be well-mannered, disciplined, polite, and respectful while dealing with students, staff, and parents.
Marital Status
The candidate should be married.
License & Legal Status
Must possess a valid driving license appropriate for the school vehicle.
The candidate must have a clean legal record:
No FIR
No criminal record
