The Opportunity 

Based at our Wingfield SA branch, we are seeking an experienced, mature-minded leader to step into the role of Drivers Leading Hand. This position requires a suitably qualified and experienced HR Driver, ideally with a background in waste management or a similar service-based industry.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in scheduling and work allocation, demonstrate strong leadership capability, and be confident in having crucial conversations with staff when required.
