Job Description
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, materials, or goods as assigned
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery according to schedules or instructions
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle condition; report any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary
- Secure cargo and ensure safe handling during transport
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle-related documents
- Coordinate with supervisors or dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and assignments
- Handle company property responsibly and maintain confidentiality when required
- Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or servicing
