About the role

As a Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.', you will be responsible for providing essential maintenance and technical support services to our client's facility in Makati (MLC Paseo / TWC Makati / Sagittarius Makati / RAM Makati). This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
