Driver Support and Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities
Get to know our drivers. Build meaningful relationships by staying in touch, being available, and showing up when they need support.
Be the go-to contact. Help drivers communicate with the company, share their feedback, and get answers to questions.
Welcome new drivers. Make sure they feel at home and have the tools and information to start strong.
Celebrate good work. Help recognize and reward safe driving, great customer service, and long-time commitment.
Solve problems with care. Listen to concerns, help navigate issues like schedules or pay, and follow up to make sure things get resolved.
Collect honest feedback. Talk with drivers, gather input, and bring ideas to leadership to help improve the overall driver experience.
Work with other teams. Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and operations to support drivers day-to-day.
