Driver Team Leader - Bulky Waste

SALARY: £31,988.50 per annum

HOURS: 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:00 - 14:30

LOCATION: Days Road, Bristol

The Role

• Drive a 7.5T van, carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate, reporting all defects in line with Bristol Waste Company (BWC) policies and procedures and ensure the condition of the vehicle is cleaned and maintained both inside and out


• Collect and remove Fly Tipped waste from adopted highways across Bristol


• Tipping of vehicle at designated and approved refuse facility and loading and unloading waste materials in accordance with Bristol Waste Company’s policy, procedures, training and legal requirements, complying with all health and safety requirements
