Job Description

How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities): 
1. Transportation & Delivery 
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods and products on time, ensuring no delays in scheduled deliveries. 
Collect shipments from Cargo Village and delivery orders from freight forwarding companies as per instructions. 
Ensure all delivery documentation, including Pick Note Gate Pass, is acknowledged by the receiving stores at the time of delivery. 
2. Documentation & Reporting 
Maintain an accurate daily logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details. 
Report any vehicle breakdowns or operational issues immediately to the transportation in-charge for timely resolution. 
Ensure proper documentation is completed for all deliveries and collections in compliance with company procedures.
