Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Driver will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to all FreshPoint customers by delivering to customer sites in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This includes safe operation of company vehicles, safe delivery of goods from vehicle to designated customer storage areas and providing resolution to customer inquiries
Job Duties:
Establish positive relationships with FreshPoint customers by providing excellent customer service through timely and accurate delivery of products, answering customer queries, and providing resolution to delivery-related issues.
Escalate customer concerns directly to supervisor.
Accurate delivery of products as per established routes, schedules, and customer invoices.
Safely deliver goods from delivery vehicle via hand, hand cart or pallet, and place in designated customer storage areas. This may include transporting products downstairs, ramps, docks ...
