Job description:

The Driver–Messenger is responsible for safely transporting documents, packages, and company personnel while ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of items. The role requires reliability, good driving skills, and basic knowledge of routes and office procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to deliver and collect documents, packages, and materials
• Ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery to designated locations
• Assist with office errands such as bank transactions, government offices, and suppliers
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
• Perform regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.)
• Secure documents and items during transport
• Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
