Driver/Records Clerk - MHS

Job Summary:

Under indirect supervision: transports ambulatory patients and personnel to and from Kaiser facilities; picks-up and delivers medical records, lab, x-ray and pharmacy materials; files, distributes and maintains patient charts.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Drives motor vehicle to transport ambulatory patients; picks-up and delivers medical records, x-ray film, pharmaceutical products, laboratory specimens or other materials to or from various Kaiser facilities.


+ Assists patients with embarking and disembarking from motor vehicles; loads and unloads items at proper location; ensures accuracy of deliver destination; completes required forms.


+ Follows delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery; reports any delays to supervisor or designee immediately.
