Drivetrain Mechanical Engineer – Gears & Shafts

BorgWarner is seeking a Mechanical Development Engineer (MDE) based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The MDE will design, develop, and release components such as differentials and gears while collaborating with engineering teams to meet product performance requirements.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of engineering experience in the automotive sector, particularly with electric and internal combustion powertrains. Responsibilities include conducting technical analyses, creating DFMEAs, and supporting vehicle-level integration.
