Driving Instructor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team and play a key role in training and supporting our network of drivers. The Driving Instructor will be responsible for educating new and existing drivers on the app's policies, safety procedures, customer service standards, and best practices to ensure a positive experience for passengers and drivers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Training

• Develop and update curriculum of of classroom and practical training for drivers and riders
• Prepare and update relevant training materials such as visuals, modules etc
• Responsible for training calendar management
• Facilitate and conduct classroom and training for rider/drivers
• Responsible for facilitating refresher and upskilling programs to update skills and knowledge of roster of rider / drivers
