The role will drive timely & sustainable value creation and deliver operational efficiency across Singapore and Brunei.

This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, change management capability, stakeholder engagement skills and project leadership expertise.

• Strategic alignment: Ideate, test and define the Life Operations strategic agenda in line with enterprise transformation priorities to evolve customer journeys.


• Operational Excellence: Strengthen process standardization for compliance assurance (including OSS Life Ops teams), data accuracy, service quality through continuous review of workflow integration and customer touchpoints.
