Drone Engineer

BASIC FUNCTION:

• Develop and implement cost-effective quality agricultural drone technical training for aspiring RPAS controllers to boost their confidence in flying, servicing and repairing agricultural drones.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute the Drone technical training for aspiring RPAS controllers, including the facilitation of having an RPAS Controller certificate (KPI And Dealer).
• Ensure completeness and correctness of the training materials and parts needed for each training course.
• Collates, summarizes and analyzes the results of each training report to the Team Leader, Service Manager and dealers.
• Monitors and summarizes training survey results and feedback and recommends improvement if needed.
• Maintain and secure Drone training units, tools and equipment. Join inventory checking of units with accounting as requested.
