Drone Test and Integration Engineer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR Drone Test and Integration Engineer
As a Test and Integration Engineer, you are the gatekeeper of quality for our autonomous systems. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a feature—from the first line of simulation code to the final field validation.
End-to-End Test Execution: Execute the full testing model, progressing systematically through SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), controlled Indoor Lab Flights, and finally, Outdoor Field Testing.
Operational Piloting: Serve as the primary Pilot in Command (PIC) for R&D and customer-facing missions. This includes high-stakes testing of new payloads, FPV maneuvering, and long-range surveillance use cases.
Test Facility Development: Design and build the physical and digital infrastructure needed for testing, such as custom test rigs, automated calibration tools, and sensor-testing environments.
