Drop off point- Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Handle customer deliveries, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up.
• Monitor and ensure smooth parcel drop-off and pick-up operations.
• Assist in sorting, processing inbound parcels, and supporting drivers.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to start work immediately and commit 6 days a week.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work during peak periods (OT claims available).
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
