SAW/BAWフィルター製造 ドライエッチングプロセス（Dry Etch,Trimming,Plasma Ashing）における生産設備の設備保全業務

・設備トラブルの復旧および保守パーツ管理
・生産性や品質および安全性向上のための設備改善
・メンテナンスや生産における保守パーツや間材などの効率改善によるコスト削減
・生産設備の安定稼働を実現するための適正なメンテナンス管理や標準類の作成および慢性トラブル解決に向けた取り組み
