Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Install, repair, and finish drywall (boarding, taping, mudding, sanding)
Patch drywall holes, cracks, and surface damage
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
Paint interior and exterior areas of residential apartment buildings
Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and trim using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
