DSM Associate

Job Summary
Assists the DSM Coordinator in ensuring proper warehousing and delivery of DPCB commodities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Inspection of warehouse with DPCB commodities
Provision of technical assistance to warehouses with DPCB commodities
Ensures proper packaging of DPCB commodities in central warehouse/s to be delivered
Facilitates timely delivery of DPCB commodities
Coordinates with target clients on status of delivery of DPCB commodities
Consolidates assigned DSM reports and requests
Assists in processing of procurement documents of NTP commodities
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Bachelors degree in relevant field
Experience : At least one (1) year related work experience
Other / Special Skills : Good coordination skills; basic knowledge in accounting/ inventory,
knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office an...
