DSW and EN Role Cremorne

About the role:

Located in Cremorne, NSW, you will be part of a dedicated care team supporting a female client following a stroke. You will provide assistance with transfers, physio exercises and access to the community. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers and Enrolled Nurses, who can undertake the following key responsibilities :

• Moving and Handling including transfers and repositioning
• Supporting with physio exercises and stretch routine
• Personal Cares
• Medication administration
• Household Domestic Supports
• Community participation including transport
