DT Engineering Lead – Distribution Transformers

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an engineering leader in Dosquebradas, Colombia, to manage the development of Distribution Transformers (DT) projects. This role requires planning, coordination, execution, and control to meet technical specifications while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will oversee the DT Engineering Team, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.) and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
