About The Role
As a CBRE Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for answering and documenting basic help desk calls related to specific software applications.
This job is part of the D&T Support job function. They are responsible for providing technical support and solutions to internal users.

Provide end-user support for specific software applications. Assist with simple hardware issues.
Create new users and update user security access.
Review servers and users to ensure that the systems are operational.
