Service New Brunswick (SNB) requires one Business Systems Analyst 3 with a specific focus on business transformation and change management.

The senior Business System Analyst should have a technical background with good comprehension of SQL, they must have a strong ability to read complex Data models & Database schemas and the ability to relate those to business requirements and the application screens. They should also have business change management experience with an ability to identify and pragmatically respond to user acceptance of business change. They are required to have experience in analysing and documenting at a detailed technical level the current state functionality and developing subsequent functional and technical specifications to meet future state requirements, for developers to consume and build from.
