Job Description
Job purpose: Managing the Desktop Publishing stage according to the company code of quality and the client's expected quality.
Key accountabilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of desktop publishers.
Create detailed quotes and establish turnaround times (TAT) for projects, ensuring the PM team is well-positioned to secure tasks and respond effectively to Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Handle assigned tasks from the PMs, such as Desktop Publishing (DTP) full formatting and the Quality Assurance (QA) phase for both in-house and freelance projects.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance to ensure timely and high quality output.
Participate in the recruitment cycle for the department.
