CCECC is currently seeking a Temporary HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment processes. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a solid background in human resources.

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Coordinate HR projects and participate in process improvements.
