Dubai Learn-to-Swim Site Leader

Swim England is looking for a highly motivated Site Leader to manage and deliver our Learn to Swim programme in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves leading a team of swim teachers, ensuring high-quality lessons, and maintaining excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification and have at least 2 years of experience. Additional benefits include private medical insurance, professional development, and an annual flight allowance.
