Dubai Luxury Hotel Projects Lead

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Projects Manager to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of capital projects at the luxury One&Only resort in Dubai. This individual will ensure timely project delivery aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in project management within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and excellent communication skills in English are essential.

You will lead project teams, manage contractor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a focus on guest satisfaction.
