Dubai VARA Compliance Lead: MLRO/CRO/RI

Webot is expanding its operations in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to lead the VARA licensing process and manage compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, including hands-on AML/CFT experience, and a background in financial services or fintech.

This role involves building compliance frameworks from the ground up and requires strong regulatory relations with VARA. Preference is given to those with prior VASP licensing experience.
