Duck Creek Billing Architect or Technical SME

Connects- We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Billing Architect to lead the design, configuration, integration and implementation of the Duck Creek Billing solution in a P&C insurance environment. You will provide technical leadership, oversee solution architecture, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure that billing business processes are delivered efficiently, robustly and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the billing stream (or work-stream) of a Duck Creek implementation or upgrade project — from requirements through design, build, test, and go-live/support.
• Define solution architecture for Duck Creek Billing: billing plans, pay plan structure, agency billing, direct billing, installment schedules, collection and lockbox processes, invoice generation, accounting/GL integrations, commissions, disbursements.
