Duck Creek Expertise: Hands-on experience with Policyholder module; understanding of Policy and Producer modules. 
Insurance Domain Knowledge: Policy lifecycle, customer data management, agent hierarchy, commission structures. 
BA Skills: Requirements elicitation, user story writing, process modelling (BPMN). 
Technical Understanding: Data mapping, API/batch integrations, SQL basics.
