• Insurance Domain Knowledge: Policy lifecycle, customer data management, agent hierarchy, commission structures.
• BA Skills: Requirements elicitation, user story writing, process modelling (BPMN).
• Technical Understanding: Data mapping, API/batch integrations, SQL basics.
