Job Description:

As a highly skilled onboarding specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences to new salon and wellness partners.

You will be responsible for training teams on platform tools, educating them on digitising operations, guiding them through key product features and industry best practices. Your primary goal is to ensure successful adoption of the platform from day one.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual training sessions for new Dutch-speaking partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing & Product departments to deliver exceptional client experience
