Dutch Senior O2C Specialist

We are currently hiring a Senior O2C Specialist to join our global team within Finance & Accounting. The role is focused on end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations in an international business environment.

What you will do:
Manage full O2C cycle (order management, billing, collections, reconciliation)
Ensure accuracy and compliance across AR processes
Handle financial controls and support audit/compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams
Monitor KPIs and support regular reporting activities
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Support and mentor junior team members when required

What we are looking for:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of O2C processes and financial controls
