Your mission:

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.

Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided.

Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.

Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

Your profile:

Native or fluent Dutch- eliminatory;

Good command in English - eliminatory;
